Fell off my roof, told me my gutter was broken and I would need to have it fixed; they fixed it. Then suspended my service because the condition of my roof was poor so I had it inspected to find nothing wrong with my roof.Then called to tell me that the rep was mistaken and that the reason my service was suspended was because my roof was too steep and not gritty enough.
