Contracted this company to take care of an issue I had as far as gutter drainage goes. They came out the first time and did their ‘services’ and the problem continued. Contacted them, they insured me it would be taken care of after the next appointment. 2 more appointments later the problem still persists. Explained my frustration and nothing was done except the continued harassment to pay for a service that did nothing. Why would I pay for a service if it did NOTHING?! They contacted me again and instead of ACTUALLY taking care of the issue I had you guys come out and do in the first place I was just threatened with collections. Makes sense. A company wants to get paid for doing.. nothing
