I PAID $450 TO HAVE THE DRAIN TUBES TO MY GUTTERS CLEANED OUT. THEY SHOWED UP FOR 20 MINS AND JUST ADDED EXTENSIONS TO THE DOWNSPOUT TO FEED AWAY FROM THE HOUSE. I CALLED TO ASK IF THEY EXPLAIN WHAT WORK WAS PERFORMED AND THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO TELL WHAT WORK WAS DONE, OR ATTEMPTED TO BE DONE, OTHER THAN ADDING THE EXTENSIONS.
