We hired Ned Steven’s for Mosquito abatement. After paying over $300 in advance, we have received monthly spray treatments that have NOT worked at all. We were told that they use a proprietary combination of products better than any other company but the problem is actually worse now than before we started with their service. The technician spends no more than five minutes spraying and is gone. Last month they sent a technician who was up from NC to help and he was the only one who spent any significant amount of time spraying our yard. We cannot spend any time in our backyard without getting bitten by mosquitoes. We feel like we’ve wasted a lot of money and will not be using Ned Stevens for this service in the future. We are definitely NOT satisfied with the results of their service.
