Well, I gave Ned Stevens a bad review because they indicated we needed our underground drains cleaned after we had our gutters cleaned. The quote was very high and confusing because they quoted on more drains than we actually had. They called because of the review and indicated they would come and look at the job again on July 3rd. I removed the review but, when they didn’t show or call on the 3rd I called. The service said they had no record of the appointment but we needed drains installed! They said the Manager we had spoken to was in a meeting and would call us back in an hour. I told them not to bother and to cancel our automatic cleanings. I was then asked to hold and the call eventually disconnected. The Manager never called, nor did anyone else. We are done with them. I will recheck to make sure our automatic cleanings have been cancelled.
