Very poor communication. Scheduling is too vague – when scheduling, they say “someone will be there next week” but not a date/timeframe. Technicians did not show up the week indicated (no date /time block offered as with most services) and no communications to indicate they wouldn’t show or to reschedule for another week or so after the fact. Customer service associate was condescending, dismissive, and rude. Whatever was cleared by the technicians was left in a bag on my front lawn when they should have disposed of it themselves. They marked on the card they left behind that they found a problem, but nothing more was written or communicated. I called customer service and they said nothing was reported. I really did not like any part of this process at all, and though the technician was polite, I don’t think I will use this company again.
