I had to call over three times and waited almost two months for a service that was supposed to be scheduled ASAP. Not very happy with the service of Ned stevens if I’m being honest. The reps spend more time trying to “sell” me things or upcharge me on options I do not want as opposed to providing me the services I do need. Considering not using you anymore at all. The service has gone down tremendously as of lately.
