Terrible company office or customer service staff has wring names locations and wrong phone numbers the use your own hose and water to do your gutters and and leave water on and leave running and make a mess if they were hired yo come to your place of business or private home its a terrible process by Ned Stevens but if u get the right person on the phone and tell them 5X exactly what to do u might get lucky with service be careful and b home when they come and turn off your hose and water they dont care or understand customers personal property or equipment and close windows a must
