They showed up to clean my gutters in the pouring rain this morning! Not to mention they had done my gutters only 4 weeks prior and then showed up again without my request. Who does that? When I called and requested a refund and to be removed from their Diamond package the customer service representative gave me the run around for almost 10 minutes. I will never use their service again. Their scheduling department dropped the ball to make a quick dollar and in this day and age where cost and quality is a factor I cannot keep Ned Stevens service on my payroll.
