I had an estimate for gutter replacement from a different local company but after scheduling an appointment for the job they were bought by Ned Stevens. I agreed with having Ned Stevens do the replacement after they assured me they would be very careful with the recently repaired slate roof on my home. Unfortunately I ended up with a couple of broken slates. They didn’t bother to let me know they broke the slates, good thing I noticed them. Additionally, I had to call them back to seal the gutter end caps that go against the chimney as this was not done after the installation of the new gutters. Have been trying to get some response to my complaint about the broken slate but nothing yet. Will never use them again.
