I called the business and the person on the phone was very helpful and polite. I was quoted a price of $155 and set up an appointment. The workers came the next day I believe and looked over my house. They told me because I had guards on my garage and that the garage was bigger then expected that they needed to adjust the figure. A representative called me shortly there after and explained that the new price was $270 because the guards needed to be removed. Pricey but not horrible so I agreed. A new crew showed up a few days later and went to work. They threw the debris into my grass in the backyard and did not clean it up. When they threw other debris on to my driveway they swept it into the mulch pile in my driveway I had just ordered to redo my mulch beds. I also did not realize it but they splashed debris all over my neighbor’s new car and I had to clean that too. In addition they threw garbage from their truck onto the street in front of my home, including a Ned Stevens flyer! While all of this was annoying I contacted the business and they asked if I wanted someone to come out to look at it. Looking helps me none and does not make my neighbor any happier so I clean up what I can. When I look later at my credit card I learn that they charged me both for the $155 and $270!! When I called about that they stated that they were sorry they did not explain better but those were the charges. Ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble and either find someone else or do the job yourself. Do not use this business.
