Asked them to provide the proper insurance certificate with my name as the holder (otherwise it’s pointless and not a proof in case something happened and you’d pay everything!). They initially agreed but tried to trick me with a certificate without my name. I insisted them to have my name on it but they refused despite agreeing to that before. Don’t use this service if they don’t provide you with a certificate with your name as the policy holder. Also very bad experience. Didn’t show any respect. There are better quality services t- be used.
