when you make an appointment for their service you do not rate a business like response,however you are put on a list of when a truck is in your area and they may do the job. If you want a appointment to really do the work you are charged $49 more on top of the already over priced service.This company makes the customer feel honored to be getting work from them if and when they show up.
I have never had such a pompos high and mighty attitude from a firm I am looking to pay and hire. Before you hire you should get the little guy who needs the work to feed his family and will show up when he is called not days later or if you are lucky. Sounds like these people play lotto with their customers appointment.
