I’ve had Ned Stevens cleaning my gutters for years. I’ve been happy with them until the last year. They stopped adhering to their contract and started coming at weird intervals through the year. Said they would come when 80% of the leaves were down but instead come for the “Fall Cleaning” before any leaves fell. Then will come back in January. they are horrible about their invoicing. The detail is awful, and you are not sure what was done. And they constantly call and email to offer other services, even if you have repeatedly told them that you are not interested in that service. Lastly, you don’t know when they are coming. They don’t knock on the door to tell you they are there. The only evidence is a door hanger saying that they came by, usually with a note to call them for additional services.
