I have serious concerns about Ned Stevens not screening the technicians that they are sending to peoples’ homes. After the two technicians cleaned the gutters on my home, they promptly fell asleep/passed out in the Ned Stevens truck while in my driveway. It was necessary for me to bang on the window to rouse them so that I could pull out and leave for work. Additionally, they left wrappers from what they were eating in my driveway. They then remained in front of my house in the truck asleep, and didn’t leave until after I put in a call to the company. One of the garbage bags that they placed curbside was not tied. Upon examination, the bag was filled with soil, not leaves/debris from the gutter….
