Left piles of leaves and twigs in piles next to house, I called as I’ll need to do a lot of work to tidy up after them and I had just blown leaves from around house a couple of days before they came out. Guy on phone said that due to area I live in that’s their policy (guess because I don’t live in a development). They did not offer me a cheaper rate for a non-development house, just a shoddier service.
