Deserve zero stars. Used them once over 4 years ago. Found several issues that weren’t really issues. Wife had them go head and fix (I wasn’t home). The fixes were “MacGyvered” to say the least. This past weekend while we were gone, they came to my house, got up on my roof, cleaned my gutters. No request. No permission. And then they left bags of gutter goop all over my yard. Called the company. No record of their guys having been at my house. Neighbors confirmed it was Ned Stevens, who were trying to hit several while they were “in the neighborhood.” Had i been home and given permission, cool. But I wasn’t. Not cool.
