I called this company 2 weeks ago & I was told I likely have service the next day based on where I live. I called last week & was told they couldn’t send trucks out because of the weather. It is now 2 weeks & still nobody has been @ my house despite the nice weather & that apparently they service my town frequently. I’m going to cancel & find a company that can actually make appointments & not waste people’s time. It’s a crappy way how they run a business btw!
