Very poor experience with this company. I contracted with them for a single cleaning despite the push to sign up for a plan. I was given a price based on my description of the house and was told they do not commit to specific days to perform the service but it should be less than a week. Time goes by and after two calls back to customer service I finally got them to commit to a date (note that they had no trouble charging my card right away). Today the crew showed up, walked around the house together and then left. I received a text message that there was an issue and I had to call customer service. Customer service explained there was a safety concern and they would have a manager review to let me know if they could perform the service. I’m all for safety, but was told the roof was steep and there were plantings that might be in the way. The kicker is that after two calls with a supervisor (who told me a quality manager would be coming by) they called back to say they couldn’t do the service based on a review of satellite footage! Are you kidding? If that is how they make the determination then make that part of the original estimating! But good news is that the manager said they would refund the money. What? Was there any question? Why was I charged in the first place? Again I’m all for safety and if they can’t do it, then fine. But what a huge waste of time for me. And this is a company that claims to do gutter installation and repair as well? Seems like this job was going to cost more than they estimated so they walked away. But not without first earning interest on fees they didn’t deserve to charge.

We are sorry if we upset you but safety is an area we don’t compromise. Any crew is encouraged to walk away from any job they don’t feel safe at. Our QC manager reviewed photos of the home and determined that it was best to walk away. We wish you the best of luck moving forward.
