Terrible customer service, one gutter elbow didn’t last one year, but nothing is covered because its out of warranty. After complaining, and getting a month extension in warranty, I was told that this elbow separation is not part of what’s covered in warranty and the fee is $85 plus. Then they try to insist that you purchase their gutter cleaning.
Sounds like a franchise racket and not a great service provider.
