On the day of service, I watched the truck pull up and he sat in the car. I then received a text saying an issue came up and they could not complete the work. After calling the 800 number and being on hold for 15 minutes they informed me that the tech needed water. I asked why didn’t he knock on my door or call to say that. He tried to reschedule for the next day then said the tech would be back. 6 hours later, still no sign of him. So I called again and this time I was on hold for 20 minutes. This customer service agent informed me that the tech (probably) had a language barrier so they go through the customer service number and that’s why he didn’t knock. So you mean to tell me, if a tech is at my house and has an issue, I have to call a 1800 # and be on hold for 20 minutes to find out why because he doesn’t speak ANY English? He also tried to reschedule for the next day. He then proceeded to argue with me and talk over me and make excuses for everything that went wrong including covid, hiring workers based on skills, they can’t rush another job to return to me, etc. NO THANKS! CANCELLED!
