After over 5 years of using the service. This year they show up at my house 2 months late(bad weather, no their fault) BUT they say “the foreman is outside and your house is $50 more than usual” WHAT?! You couldn’t have told us that 2 months ago. At the time we HAD to get the gutters cleaned so we agreed, only to call and complain later. They would not budge…until finally, they said “if you pay right now on a credit card, we will give you a discount.” Talk about having you over a barrel. We have always paid our bill…ALWAYS! Anyway, worst customer service ever. Oh, and then they did the SAME thing to my neighbor. I understand prices go up, people need to make money. BUT…you had plenty of time to increase prices before showing up in my driveway..
