Do not use this company
We had the company clean our capped gutters. Shortly after, the gutter failed to work. They said there was a problem with the gutter, so we agreed to let them replace it. Then they replaced the wrong gutter! We asked them to stop, but they refused. They said they had a recording of our phone call, but when we listened to it, they told us that they would replace the broken gutter.
The company says they will not accept email correspondence, they want every communication done by phone. This is a huge red flag–it’s much easier to deny a phone call than what’s in writing.
Bottom line: they don’t listen and cannot be trusted.
