My husband made the appt. Just to have our gutters cleaned out. He was told we would be notified 2 days prior to them arriving. That did not happen. They were at our house the next morning at 7:20 a.m. no text, no call or anything. When I tried to talk with the employee he just showed me his tablet, and asked me, ” do you want the service or not?” Over and over. It was exasperating for him not to speak English. How do they expect him to communicate with the customer. I gave up and told him fine.
They parked directly behind my garage doors so I couldn’t get out, had to ask them to move. And the next thing I know, I had barely got inside and they were throwing leaves and debris all over my deck. They could have dropped it on my head! They did not explain their process at all to me. I was so glad for them to be finished! And today, they call me, saying a crew was on the way to my house, today is Friday, they came on Tuesday. I did not need them to come back! I had to stop driving, call them, ask them to not come and the customer service agent kept telling me he couldn’t stop the crew, they would be at my house to clean up debris! I told him, no, do not come and to handle the problem with the crew! I have never, ever, had so many issues with a gutter cleaning company in my life!!! I will never use Ned Steven’s Again!!!
