Ned Steven’s has the worst customer service. I tried to report an issue we were having with our service and was told basically they didn’t care. They take advantage of there customers and show up whenever they want. They charge a lot of money for the yearly service plan and it’s not worth it. They come out four times a year and two of those times they don’t clean anything because there is nothing to clean. The poor quality work and awful customer service is not worth the trouble or the money. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of them.
