Well if you are just too busy than good for you. But tell the customer you are busy and service will take a week or longer. These guys make you pay upfront, no communication about the order and no time line. I ordered on Sunday May 27th and was told a few days. OK so Memorial Day was on Monday but i expected to hear something on delivery dates. I called twice and the last call made on June 1st- was told they will “definitely be there” on Saturday June 2 between 7 and 4. Well it is 4:09pm – no call, no email, nothing. Who else can i tell about this? BBB?

We spoke about getting a crew out there the following morning, you had called and cancelled the service as the crew was on their way, we refunded the credit card in full.
