I was on a service plan for one year. Huge regret. From coming in January for Fall service to spending 3 minutes at my home for Spring service–because they came first week of April (before any blooms). I just discovered a massive clog in my downspout this spring. Turns out when they “wash the gutters all the debris is pushed down the spout and clogs it. They had left me a note it was clogged and they could “clean” it… create problems and then charge to fix em–bad business.
