I have attempted to use Ned Stevenson services twice. Shame on me for not learning the first time.
They will not give you a date for your service but essentially give you a three-week time period in which they will (supposedly) show up and clean your gutters. I ordered my service on December 3rd knowing that the three-week period would be before I had my in-laws and family visit on the 29th.
On the 24th after three weeks I contacted them as the service had not been finished at which time I was promised the service would be done before my visitors came as it was the concern I told them about. Fast forward to the day before people arrived and I called irate that the service has still not been completed at which time I was again promised that they would be out the next morning to complete the service.
What a shock it was when again they broke a promise for the third time. I called again irate to be told it wouldn’t be possible for them to come that day at which time I told them to stay the heck away from my property.
These people do not care about small businesses or small homeowners. This is not even the first time this has happened to me. The only difference is that I didn’t have a deadline for my family last time so they did eventually show up scattering leaves and debris all over my lawn. It’s clear their crews are always out servicing more important clients.
The manager did call to try to fix the situation but too little too late as I was already on a ladder doing my own gutters with a herniated disc. Why the hell would I want further services from your terrible business- I need to know that people will actually do the bloody job.
Do yourself a favor and go with literally anyone else!!!
