If you like techs that take months to show up & being sold a “diamond package” by a pushy salesperson when you try to complain about it, this is the company for you.
That was the glorious start to my Ned Stevens experience. Imagine not showing up to work for 2-3 months and then asking for a raise!?!? As we say in Jersey “I got your diamond package right here!”
The latest insult: after service (can’t wait until the contract is up) I received a door tag telling me there is an issue. When I called I was told “all of the gutters are off pitch & need to be replaced”. When I told him my house has 5 separate runs of gutter (2 of which I replaced personally 3 months ago) I was told “no sir- they are all connected”. This is after I told him I was literally looking at my gutters while we were speaking.
I explained to him 4-5 times that they aren’t all attached only to be talked over repeatedly. He then said the wouldn’t send a tech to do a quote because they have a picture of the house.
Absurd.
In short I will be looking elsewhere for someone to replace the remaining 3 runs of gutter that actually need to be done.
No thanks, Ned Stevens.
