Terrible experience, and arrogant staff, I gave the sales person and accurate description Of the house and square footage like they asked for. Try to make an appointment, was told it would be within the next 2 weeks unless I want to pay $75 extra for emergency service, Or $50 extra for an appointment service. Already trying to “upsell”. I paid the $50 plus tax for the appointment, few days later they show up and wanted to increase the price another $60 more for the service. After speaking with the salesperson, (henry) who clearly could not do anything for me, he put his supervisor on the phone, an arrogant woman whose name I don’t remember, and said she will not do it for the original price. “Do you want to move forward, or should I have the workers leave.”
Yeah they left, and I’m not getting my $50 back. Also found it strange that when I got home that day, someone had broken my mailbox off its post near my driveway. I challenge the owner of this company to reach out to me to verify what I say is true.
Find yourself another gutter cleaning company that won’t up-sell the work or not refund your money.
