What a joke. After filling out their online request form, I heard nothing back for a week and finally had to call. Guy tells me that the crew will be out “between ASAP and two weeks from now” and that they won’t call ahead of time or let you know when they are coming. Crew just showed up (about a week later) and were here for all of 10 minutes. They didn’t bag any of the garbage, they just used a blower to hide it under some bushes in our yard. They also charged me an extra $55 for a detached garage, which was literally one extra lead of maybe 10 feet. Never again.
