Do not use this company! They replaced my gutters last summer. I had requested larger gutters and was given a price by the salesperson. When I called back to confirm, I was given a much higher price because of the larger gutters. I was told that the larger gutters would cost more, and they had no idea that’s what I wanted, even though I had specifically said that to the sales person from the beginning of that call, and that was the reason I told them I had called in the first place. I ended up having them installed, and paid more than the initial quote, although they were “nice enough” to come down a little bit on the price after I complained.

Now, I had previously had them clean the old gutters a month or so before this. Their sales rep tried selling me a package for hundreds of dollars up front. I declined. They were scheduled to come back at the beginning of November to clean them again, once the leaves had fallen. No one came. I called after about a month, and was told it was because of the leaves falling late. They would make me a “priority,” so I would be near the top of the list. Still, no one came. I called again in January, and was told because of the weather, they couldn’t say exactly when someone would come out, but I was again told I would be a “priority.”

I called again today, April 4 – five months after they were originally supposed to come – because still, no one had come out yet. I was told that the person who originally scheduled me had made the appointment for fall of this year, 2022, instead of fall of last year, 2021. They could send someone out TODAY if I didn’t cancel. This is total BS. I had spoken to two different people since November, and both told me I was “priority” and they would send someone out as soon as they could. So, I hadn’t been made a “priority,” despite being told by two other people, and either they hadn’t checked to see when I had been scheduled, or the person on the phone today was lying.

I cancelled, told them to remove my credit card information from their system, and that I would never use their company again.
