I am absolutely shocked at the level of customer service. I called to have gutters replaced on the front of my house. There are a few 90 degree angles, and the notes were extremely clear what needed to be done. I asked to be home for it but they didn’t call ahead of time and just showed up.

Well, when I got home i realized they replaced the gutter on my garage!!! Not my main house. Garage is one straight piece no angles.

I called customer service and they basically told me I have no idea what I’m talking about. There’s no way they replaced the gutter on the garage. The notes were very clear. So that’s when I told them I have a camera and it clearly shows the wrong gutter being changed. The CS agent still didn’t believe me and had to send a manager out.

Next they didn’t want to refund me, they wanted to take the cost of the garage gutter and remove it from the cost of replacing the main house gutter. At this point I knew I couldn’t trust them and just demanded my money back. They fought me on it for a couple days and then finally refunded it all.

Needless to say, I found a new gutter team and they replaced it correctly and efficiently.
