Had Ned Stevens out to clean gutters in the fall after using them for many years. On this occasion one of the operators broke the hose bib off the front of my house. After having to pay to get my own quote to submit to Ned Stevens and months of run around, Ned Stevens determined it was not their fault and would not be paying for the repair. Funny, no one else was using it when it broke, who could be at fault? I will give them credit for refunding my money for the cleaning but, disappointed that they didn’t do the right thing and repair my broken hose bib. Will not be using or recommending Ned Stevens to anyone needing a gutter cleaning.
