I cancelled my gutter cleaning a day before scheduled as there was still ice and snow on the roof and I wanted to be home on the day the work was to be done. I was told my $54 deposit would not be refunded or applied to a future gutter cleaning. They said simply, you loose your $54 and change. I was going to wait until spring time or after July 4th when my neighbor finishes his fireworks display mess to have this work done. This is not good business policy and it certainly will not build good will and a customer base for Ned Stevens. I also received a $10 off coupon in the mail, for new customers, which was never addressed.
