Severing ties with them after giving them 20 years of our business. Called on a Thursday for a gutter cleaning. Typically they’d be at my house in no more than one day. Not the case any longer. I called on Friday asking them to please clean our badly saturated gutters. The rep said it would not be a problem. If not Friday then Saturday. Saturday comes and they’re a no show. I called again and was told it was a no-can-do situation. This was despite my recorded phone call wherein I was promised a Saturday cleaning. The manager decided that rather than have a team come out at 2:30 he’d just give the employee who mislead me a strong talking to. As if I gave two sh$ts. I swear some companies these days don’t give a hoot about customer service.
