This company went out to my property but couldn’t do the job due to “safety concerns” having to do with the pitch of the roof and a porch overhang. Not only did they not get back to me to explain but when I tried to follow-up, including speaking to a manager, I was treated rudely and heard there’s “nothing we can do,” “maybe Google another company!”
I can’t believe they don’t have special equipment to do the job safely since they advertise themselves as experts in this area. Very disappointing.
