We originally called to have gutter toppers removed gutters cleaned and caulked 2 months prior to closing as this was a requirement to close. When I received the estimate it described gutter screens. I called back to clarify and was told absolutely they could remove the toppers clean and caulk. When they showed up 2 weeks before we were supposed to close they said they couldn’t do anything about the gutters. Now we have to scramble to find someone who can take care of the problem. The people answering the phones have no idea what they are talking about. Steer clear of this company.
