used them for the past two years, this year was very different, they were to come at a certain time, and after a few phone calls, they told me they never set the date, and we had to keep water on for them to use, turn it off after days went by without anyone showing up, the few times we called we dealt with some pleasant customer support, however, the last lady i spoke to was rather the opposite, we ended up doing it ourselves, and saved $$$, but i recommended them in the last, never again, will be looking next year for another company, can’t wait till they call next spring…be very wary…
