Very disappointed. After numerous attempts to find our home in Boston (took 3 times!), Ned Stevens left a note on the door that they could not clean our gutters without reason. After numerous calls to learn more, they told us our gutters were too high for their ladders. We have 3 floors, which is very common for the area, so this shouldn’t have been a surprise. They could have looked at images of our home, or asked us.
I am mostly disappointed by the poor communication that they ONLY do over the phone – no email, no in person discussions, no text.
