Not to be trusted. I got a written quote which said they would be coming to clean my gutters within the next 2 weeks but declined to give a specific date. I waited one month and they did not show. During that month the weather was perfect for cleaning gutters, however at the end of the one month period, winter weather was very much on its way.
When I called them after a month of no shows, they stated they were busy and could not give a specific date unless I paid extra. They then stated they would get to me sometime in December but would not give a date. That would mean exposing uncleaned gutters to freezing conditions. Thus a scam to get you to pay more money.
