customer service support is not great. the Service rep. hung up the phone on the customer while still still talking. The cleaning service itself was adequate, however, the techs. put the debris in the trash can instead of the container marked yard waste. the Techs were auppose to fix however, cancelled everytime they were suppose to go out and fix the issue.
