I don’t know if this is a scam or not. They charged me twice as much as they told me it would cost. They came out, cleaned the gutters and left bags of trash in the road. They could have put the trash in the garbage can. Then about a week later, they sent me and email with red letters saying they found a serious problem with my gutters and I should call them immediately. I called them and they said all of my gutters needed to me be replaced for a little less than $2,000. No one else who came out told me this. I asked them why they did not tell me when they were here if it was so serious. I asked them how I knew they had not damaged my gutters. A honest company would inspect your gutters before they do the job and would have the customer present. They could have easily banged up my gutters and the asked for money to replace them. This is not a reputable company.
