I don’t know if this is a scam or not. I called them to clean my gutters. They charged me twice what they said they would. Then about a week a after they came out and cleaned the gutters, they sent me an email with a paragraph in red saying they found a serious problem with my gutters and I needed to call them. I called them and they said they recommended I replace all my gutters for a little less that $2,000. I asked them how I could tell if they damaged my gutters because no other gutter cleaner said I needed to replace my gutters. If it was so serious, why didn’t they tell me when they were at my house? They try and scare you into buying their services. This was the Fairfield location that came to my home.
