First of all, it took them weeks to come to clean my gutters because they don’t send a crew unless they have other work in the area. So, surprise they show up when I’m not at home. The original deal was my 2nd story gutters were clogged, everything else is screened. They wanted $85 for just the second story, but $285 for the first and second floors. So I told them to do the second floor. I get home only find dirt,debris and leaves everywhere. Then on my voice mail, someone from Ned Stephens leaves a message saying they won’t be doing partials anymore, I’ll need the entire house done. Oh, and because of the screens, there’s an extra $15 on the invoice. Horrible, horrible way to do business. I will be calling to complain to Ned Stephens and will also leave a complaint with the County Office of Consumer affairs. You can find cheaper, cleaner gutter cleaners who will be happy to have the business.
