Called them to request a simple gutter repair. After a storm the gutter was hanging by a thread. They told me they would be there within a week. It took 2 months!! In that time I made several calls asking for an update. Each time I was told it would be a week. Now they don’t don’t stop calling offering other unneeded and unrequested services. I finally had to block their number to stop the calls.
Next time I’d rather crawl up on the roof with a roll a duct tape then call this sorry excuse for a business again.
