Have used them for approximately 4 years for gutter cleaning, sometimes 2x a year. They always give you a price and then you need to ask about discounts that may be applied. Then they give you a discounted price. Every service was an increase price. This year, the same thing, except when they were to come out, I get a message that there was a problem and they weren’t able to do the service. Finally get a call today, and they informed me that the price was over 50% more than the estimate. I asked why and they said that it was the size of the house. I explained that the house hadn’t been expanded since they first came out over 4 years ago. They say that prices went up and that they hadn’t caught the “error” on their part until this year.
So I ask you. What doesn’t make sense here. Judge for yourself.
