They came to my house to do a gutter cleaning without warning at 7AM on a freezing morning. They were very late in the season and woke me up trampling on my roof before even notifying me they were there. They froze my downspout using my hose without permission to clean the gutters. They then kicked the gutter to break up the ice and detached it from my house. They denied it was their fault. Once threatened with legal action they came back and just put a bunch of screws in the gutter to attach it back to the house. The gutter is permanently creased, cracked, and leaking. Still to this day, 5 years later, I will never use them again and they deny they did anything wrong and try to make excuses why they aren’t liable for the damage they caused. I have had several third party companies confirm they absolutely are the cause of the damage. TERRIBLE! NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY!
