Third times a charm, hard to leave a review. I contacted Stevens a couple of weeks ago to schedule a gutter cleaning. They wanted to up sale but all I wanted was cleaning. They gave me a price but it would take a week as they were busy. I got a text a week later saying they were on their way and then 15 minutes later told couldn’t to the c leaning. I called the phone number and they couldn’t tell me why so I called 5 hours later to be told it was unsafe to get on my roof. They had cleaned my gutters a number of years back, same house. I wanted more detail and didn’t hear back for over a week only to get the same reason not safe. I tried responding to their texts and emails but they do not let you to do that. I say to get them to come to your house before taking any kind of quote over the phone. VERY POOR WORK Ethic!!
