I called for an appointment and the guy tried to sell me a whole bunch of extras and would not let up when I said I just wanted a single gutter cleaning. When he would not even tell me when they would show up, that they would just come by whenever, do the work and leave a door hanger on my door, I told him to remove my information. That’s not how I do business. You tell me when you’re gonna be there and I prefer to be there when work is being done to my home by a crew I don’t even know. And this sounds like a national chain, so no telling who they contract out to or sell franchises to. Gonna stay local.
